I had a major problem trying to determine how to actually start the programs in Windows 8. They removed the Start button from the classic desktop. This is a pain. I could not find the apps on my desktop and Alex from isupport not only showed me how to find my apps but educated me on how to use Windows 8. He was just great. Thanks so much!

I must say that iSupport’s agents helped me while using Windows 8 in a big way. Sometimes, bizarre things were happening for no reason. Many while using an app, if I did something near the top of the screen, the app would shrink down to a tiny window that I could drag. I did not have a clue what this was. When speaking to a technician from iSupport, he explained it really well to me and how to put it up to a full screen again.

Apart from all the complaints, I did get around to actually figuring out how it should be used. I set up Windows 8 on my laptop this weekend. I needed help connecting it to my TV. The agent Alex from iSupport actually showed me how to use a Bluetooth PS3 controller to navigate everything and it worked awesome. This took barely 5 minutes to figure out. Amazing work, guys! Keep it up!

I faced some difficulty with using Skype on Windows 8. I could not edit or remove posts, see who's in a group call or anything of that sort. iSupport’s guys were awesome. They showed me how to manage my Skype account beautifully without any hindrance.

Windows 8 is complicated and I could just not get around to understanding why METRO IE has the address bar at the bottom whereas Desktop IE is in its 'normal' place. Same goes for the IE9 and above warning messages...before IE9 they used to be top of screen, now they're at the bottom, but iSupport actually made this lack of design easy to navigate through.
